“Do you have the patience wait until your mud settles and the water is clear?” – Lao Tzu
Zen Master Dogen teaches that even a little practice will already give us ‘shallow’ enlightenment, the more we practice the deeper the experience.
It is described as a daily practice, infusing all our actions, whether we are coming, going, standing, sitting or lying down. It seeks to answer what is the source of our desires and how we can discover and strengthen our ability to make different choices.
